Off to the races!!! Arrive anytime after 12pm. Right after you get set up in your campsite, head to the Camp EKKO welcome tent! We'll be there ready to greet you, check you in, give you your name tags, and pass out your tshirts which are free with a cash-only donation towards our rally fundraiser: Habitat for Humanity's RV Care-A-Vanners. Bring cash for your shirt donations! 🩷

During the final time we all gather, bring a chair and wear your Camp EKKO shirts as we'll be getting a group pic! We'll announce the silent auction winners, hand RV Care-A-Vanners a big fat check, announce the 3 winners of the Festival of Lights most creative displays (with prizes donated by Winnebago!), and a few other things before we head over to the resort for our group dinner.

The resort will be offering an "All American Cookout" meal for a fee, with the entire ballroom set up with tables, plus all the outdoor tables and the outdoor bar so there's plenty of room for everyone. Not necessary to arrive right at 5:30pm, in fact they really hope you'll all stagger your arrival to keep the lines down. As long as you're there by 8pm, they'll be happy to take care of you! And then you can stay as long as you like & enjoy the live music.
